Photo Requirements 

A professional photo is always best if available.  However, if a professional photo is not available, then please make sure that your photo keeps to the guidelines listed below.

• The photo must be clear and well focused

• Minimum head size should be one and a half inches

• There should be enough light on the hair to tell how its combed

• If glasses are worn in the photo, make sure there is not too much glare to see the eyes

Payment 

All orders require a 50% deposit at time of commisioning.  The rest of the balance including shipping is due after an emailed proof of the artwork is received.  After the remaining balance is received your portrait will be shipped.  For local customers the remaining balance is due when you come to pick up the drawing.

Delivery

Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for the completion of the drawing.  However, if I’m working on other portraits prior to your commission keep in mind it may take longer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your portrait return it to me and I’ll work on it until its right!  Each portrait takes at least 15 hours to complete and its very important to me as the artist to know that I’ve captured my subject as best as I possibly can.
