I originally started drawing when I was diagnosed with a rare degenerative hip disease at the age of eight. I was on crutches for a full year and couldn’t do the things that normal kids did so I drew instead. In fact that’s really all I did for years! When I was fifteen I met a police portrait artist named Linda who spent tons of time drawing with me and giving me her input on my art. It was then that I learned her techniques on doing high detailed portraits. I’ve really enjoyed doing drawings for people and hope that my art can be a blessing to people for years to come.
